hi all. my name's Graham and I used to own a FZS600 Fazer until Jan this year. I'm now thinking of returning to the fold and get either another FZS600 or a FZ600 (1st edition) but am still deciding which one to go for.

I was planning on asking your opinion on which bike to get as I used to use this site a lot, but when I went to log in it turns out I never registered (shame on me!). So a big hello to you all!

I currently own a Suzuki V Strom 650 which is a good bike, and the first non-Yamaha motorbike I've owned. I previously had a Yamaha XVS125 Dragstar (which was traded for the Fazer) and an XVS1300 Midnight Star. Both cruisers. Both great bikes. But not so good for the UK weather with all that chrome!

The newer the better as the resale is always better, its a good time to go shopping for bikes now.

Hi Billy,

I've checked them both out and they're in great condition. I've read some reviews on the FZ which are making me um and ah about it so was wanting to get some opinions from owners. I know the FZS is a great bike so am leaning towards that but...

Welcome dood!...I have a FZS 600 and love it after having  1200 Bandits. Look foreward to touring with it now!....
