Photography Competition - July
#1
Congratulations to MadDogMcQ for winning June's competition. For July's theme he writes:

Well since I work in the field of "SECURITY", I guess that'll be my chosen subject for the new comp.

Post your photographs below to enter. Competition rules include a maximum of 2 photographs per active member, photographs must have been taken by the entrant and relate to the theme and the competition will close on or after 28 July. The prize is to choose next month's theme.

I was walking around a little village called Wray during their annual ScareCrow Festival and I stopped to take this photo. My wife said "What the bloody hell are you taking a photo of an old door for?"

Women!  :lol

If that's breach of your work, there are lots of other things you could take photos of? It's how you interpret the theme too Smile Go on, get out there and shoot! Smile

I hope this fits with the security theme and doesn't offend anyone! Just a fun shoot I had with a superheroes theme. Batman and Batgirl as you may not have seen them before lol. (If you fancy seeing the rest of the set, they're here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/40619914@N0...189162319/ )

Tori she made the hole herself, there is a path about 10 feet below the fence and she would spend hours put the garden watching what was going past. She also made a "viewing hole" through to next doors garden as well.
Unfortunately she died in may last year,so now rather morbidly she is in a pot on our living room windowsill which was another one of her favourite places.LOL!

I found a drawer-full of these little combination locks at work... the problem with open-plan offices is everything of value needs to be secured to something big, so we get through a lot of 'em. Thought they'd make a suitable shot for this month's topic.
