zzr looks ok mate!!!....ide ditch the screen for a light smoked tint though?.....and them rim tapes for silver?.....looks in good nick?...i liked that 1100 i had??...stonking motor!!!...just didnt like handling or brakes?.......with the 600 though? dont think you,l have that prob!!
I will get rid of that screen then . . . . .
I didn't like it too much.
what do you think of it then?....compared to fazer?
This is faster, but you don't notice. Not sure if that's a good thing or not.
This is more comfortable, as easy to ride, better weather protection, better headlights, louder so people get out of your way and notice you more. . . .
This also has lots of nice little features such as little windows in the body work to check different fluid levels so you don't have to remove tanks and seats etc etc etc
The Fazer, has fantastic front brakes, so I do miss that.
The Fazer also feels lighter than this, so is more confidence inspiring in adverse weather . . . .
They both have pretty similar MPG. I filled the tank up, have done 80miles and the needle has only just moved off the top, and that is with thrashing the engine a lot.
The Fazer was nearly always broken, and as I am not very handy, lack a garage/sheltered place to learn how to repair, it was costing me loads just to keep it running.
Must be something in the water right enough, just bought myself a vfr 800 vtec, so fazer 600 is now for sale,,,Wots happening to us. :'(
Davie.........yes I am that man.
What happened to the bloke who was hanging onto the number plate?! :pokefun

This... is... BLASPHEMY!!! ARRR!
Thanks for objective comparison. Enjoy the new bike, hope you'll have more luck with this one.
Most things done in a hurry need to be done again - patiently.
cant see you ever having probs with that engine mate ?........check you levels regular, and keep clean oil in it...realy are good motor!!....only weak points i found where?.......brakes (bit weak!!)....and fast speed handling?...(bit wallowy on bendy,s).....also keep eye on shock linkage!!....prone to siezing up(usaly lack of maintenance)...ie grease!!!!!!!
600 handles really well, and is way more confidence inspiring than the Fazer I found.
The brakes do pale in comparison though. The Fazer, I think, will be unmatched on brakes for a while.
mabe some good quality pads will help with your braking??.....and some braided lines?..if not got them already??
I shall prob install some braided lines in future.
Am skint now . . . .
