Fitted and working, absolutely brilliant Christian. Anyone looking for a gear change indicator, spend a bit more on the multi-gauge and get so much more with this.

Yes ... just solder and play.. i was quite intimidated by the job .. but once i got into it... it became easy and i wondered why i had worried..

Just email him on cvieth@arcor.de....

You will not regret it...

I put one on my bike about 6 years ago. Still working perfectly so reliability is good. It looks so much part of the bike that I had forgotten that it was a mod. Took a morning to fit and sort out how to work it.

Very tempting!

Before I email Christian... Does this device retain the standard trip behaviour?

i.e. 'Select' switches between trip and odo and 'Reset' resets the trip?

Cheers,
Joe43.

I would have one if he gets an alternate version made up - looks like a great OEM looking addition.
