Hi,
Hopefully I will soon pass my DAS and will then be able to use my 2003 fzs600 that I recently acquired. Got my theory booked for next week then DAS ASAP. I've been a 125 rider for since 17 (now 27) so ive done a few cbt's, so hopefully shouldn't find the big test to bad.
One question I have is I saw a video on YouTube about changing the dash light colour but since I watched it have been unable to find again and was wondering if someone could tell me what bulbs are needed or a link to the video? Thanks

Hello mate - welcome to the happy throng. I wouldn't worry about what colour your dash lights are...things will feel as though they are going backwards pretty quickly compared to your 125

It is incredible the difference a few hundred cc makes. I've practiced quite a bit on it on a private road and every time I ride it I have a huge grin when I open the throttle. I just wanted to do stuff to it while its there sitting around and dash lights seems an easy option that looks really good.

Hiya I just passed my test last April (who says women can't drive) - 1st time!!! (Phil passed on his second time but tends to forget that when e keeps telling me what to do lol)    !!!  but how have you lasted on a 125 for so long !!!  I ran about on mine for a year - what a bone shaker !!!  You'll feel great when you can overtake pedal bikes ha ha !!  just joking....  good luck for your test - it's a great feeling when you pass.

Hi Panthor and welcome. South Wales? Sunny??
As other have said there's such a difference between a 125 and 600, it really opens up your geographical scope as you can cover so many more miles in a day. Have you been to Abergavenny on a Sunday?

Well it was sunny when I made the original post, one of the 8 days of sun we get a year. Never really travelled far on the 125, which is one of the reasons I can't wait to pass my test and go all over the country, only ever used to go travelling round when I had my mgf.
