Got back home at about 7.10 and can now confirm that the majority of my muscles appear to have turned to wood...
Thanks again to Fizzy for organising the event and ride out and to slimwilly for letting us turn his garden in to a camping site
Great day with many a fantastic mile, even the ride home was great (excluding M48/M4 )
Cheers Fizzy for organising, top day out, grand to meet you all and put some faces to names. Beer o'clock now, cheers foccers! :thumbup
It will be OK in the end. If it's not OK, it's not the end.
What a cracking weekend that was! Wonder if I'll get away with throwing another sickie tomorrow - probs not :lol
Many thanks to Fizzy - a brilliant day, well lead and organised, with that many Foccers to cope with, herding cats should be easy for you now :lol so top marks to you for that :thumbup
Yeah, that was brilliant to Bala, had to screw it to keep up Fizzy, very hard work. I may have footage, but your plate will be on it and not sure I can figure out how to blank it - primitive camera and movie software + total computer numpty = unlikely :\ but I'll give it a shot - not tonight, too knackered (again).
Big thumbs up to slimwilly for the camping facilities (the toilet facility was particularly plush :lol ) Cheers Bill! :thumbup And yes, what a cracking road that was down from Bala, must look it up on the map - will definitely be heading there again
Parted with midden and kitcrazy at Chipping Norton, think they should get home some time after 9pm - kudos to them for covering that distance.
And as usual, names to faces an all that good stuff - cheers all!

What a blinding day !! 417 miles, 14 hours in the saddle ( apart from feeding and smoking breaks ) and some cracking roads. Thanks to Mr Willy for leading, it's not always easy being upfront so much appreciated. Big thanks to all you crazy Foccers for an EPIC day
( Hope you heard my cheery toots as I peeled off Nick, my twat nav was shouting at me not to head towards Oxford and it skirted me round another way )
Can't wait to do it again, but need a while for achy arse bones to heal and to give the Beemer a rest
Thanks Guys and Gals - Ride safe !!!

I'm not complaining about me in the photo, just that it's a bit far zoomed out compared to the others he took The scenery is more of the focus than me haha
