Reckon it'll need to be 9 if we want to be at the Ace by 10 - those of us meeting at Shooters Hill; it probably makes more sense to meet on Blackheath instead doesn't it?
Someone sent me a postcard picture of the earth. On the back it said, "Wish you were here."

hi all............i`ll get the maps out tomorrow and finish the route off....i`ll work out a better mileage figure as well, exupnut, that 250 miles sounds a bit high ,probs a bit long if its not going to be all that warm,i`ll post final details tomorrow and then we can agree between us whats best  Smile

Pretty sure I did over 250 miles on the last ride out since I hail from the north of London so for those towards the south-east I wouldn't be too surprised if they manage similar or higher distances Smile

Just remember FOIL Wink

First - Outside - Inside - Last

(x + y)(x + y) = x^2 + 2xy + y^2

went out to ride the april route this afternoon, saturday afternoon not the best of times to go out but i do have a better idea of mileage now, didnt quite do the whole route but not far short.....couple of hazards i spotted, the m40 roundabot jct4 is covered in grit still and the surface is very poor so might change the route slightly, also the marlow / henley road is in a bad way, lots of pot holes and loose chippings for the first couple of miles so might swap to the other side of the river, was going to ride through reading town centre to pick up two more crossings of the river but lots of road works at moment so might go via caversham and loose one crossing.
will re-write the route tomorrow and add mileage and anything else i can think of  :lol
