On Occasion of the cafe's annual Overland & Adventure Bike Day, Sunday 23rd March, Steph Jeavons will be departing the Ace on a solo overland adventure, riding a Honda CRF250L, with the aim to become the first British woman to circumnavigate the globe - 6 continents are required to accomplish this record!

Steph will also attempt to become the first British person (and only the 5th person to ever) circumnavigate the globe via all 7 continents solo on a motorbike - this means a trip to Antarctica, relying on the support of research vessels to transport her from Chile, South America.Come a wave Steph off!

There will also be prizes up for grabs, courtesy of those attending. Spend £5 or more over the counter and receive a raffle ticket.

Ho ho. Well it seems the petcock on the zzr has a leak, new rubber rings didn't fix it, so stuck waiting for new parts. Read into it as you will. ;-) Either way should make it over to Ace tomorrow, might stop by Blackheath for 10am on route if up early enough.

Edit that, am meeting Midden at Nell's café  on the A2 for his first breakfast at 10, then, maybe Blackheath to meet up with any other Foccer;s at 10.45 for Midden's snack, then Ace café for Midden's breakfast no. 2.  :evil :lol
