Bastard :'( :'( I could only afford the rear shock :lol
Test rode one over a year ago and it was probably the best superbike I ever rode and it was comfortable also. I had great fun for a few hours especially when an M5 BMW tried to out run me when I went to overtake him. :lol
Probably just as well I can't afford one because my licence wouldn't last a month
drove to my static caravan in saundersfoot, turned the heating on and closed the curtains, there is a storm outside and the sea is rough, also I have got to walk to the pub later, a full 100 metres.

When i first moved down here everyone used to say to me "oh you must get some shit weather up there in scotland"
After almost 15 years of living here i can without a doubt say that ive never known a place to get so much wind & rain for so long......6 months of it we had last year.......low after low blowing through with 1 day of sunlight in between...horizontal rain...the westerly facing side of my house was covered in dirt and detrus after the 6 months like it was a ship that been well overdue a dry dock.......it is like living on the moon and east coast of scotland seems like California in contrast :lol
& folk live here in caravans
Mind you i do still like saundersfoot.........well i like the kookabah resteraunt and their excellent kangaroo steaks...........mmmmmmm steak!
Easiest way to go fast........don't buy a blue bike
well said noggy, its nice to be in the warm and listen to the crashing waves though, log fire in the pub as well,. the kookaba is very nice only been there twice though allways busy. wisemans bridge inn for me tonight. o and tomorrow and Saturday.

Cheers nick, not much time to fettle today so just fitted the air filters and put the carbs back on the bike, plan was to use the origanal air box so I rebuilt the carbs with standard jets.....changed my mind now :rolleyes...microns were always going to stay so it makes sense to loose the wardrobe sized air box.....once ive got it going and test riden it to see what needs sorting it will be stripped bare.....frame, swing arm, top/btm yoke, foot rest bracket and anything else I find will be blasted and powder coated black....iam in the process of having a batch of fork tubes remanufactured, got a good deal but I have to buy 10 pair :eek......paint , was to be sheene colours, but ive changed my mind again :rolleyes....the first one I had was white but I really wanted a red one, ...obviously :lol.red was hard to come by at that time so I went for white ...so iam thinking standard red with origanal stripes.....everything else as it left the factory.....thats the plan as of today...but I could change my mind :rolleyes :rolleyes :rolleyes
