the tracer has a good distance travel on a full tank roughly 200 or more miles.
most guys get on average of 60 to 70 mpg.

If I wanted to make a life-long career out of
working with the mentally retarded I would
have opened a Harley Davidson Dealership!

the reason why I went for the 700 and not the 900 is that I wasn't all that keen on the looks .
also not looking for power I've done all the fast riding etc.
not interested  speed or accelerating fast.
my last bike was an NC 54 bhp torque 50 and I found that plenty fast for us(wife comes with me)
the tracer has 50 torque at around a thousand revs more and 74 bhp.
having an extra 20 or so hp I'm not sure what the gain is there.
yes its a cracking bike as soon as I did the test ride I was sold.

I'm surprised to hear that the Tracer 700 only churns out 74 BHP, I believe my 2003 Fazer FZS600 Foxeye churns out 93 or 94 BHP something like that. [/size]

And two extra cylinders!!
