I must admit that oil cooler rad does look vulnerable, as for the bikes aesthetics....Yes, it looks ugly but so is an Apache helicopter but once you realize the awesome capabilities of it, it kind of grows on you.
Us Foccers (well, me in particular)  are of an age where retro stirs up feeling of nostalgia and anything new or modern is the work of the Devil and we have to be coerced into accepting it.
Some things grow on you the more you see them and I have a feeling that seeing this monstrosity streaking past you on the back wheel will leave you thinking that the rider might be having more fun than you and we can't have that, can we ?
