I used to have a set up on my pushbike back in the early eighties. Do people still go on them.

Slim, PMR use a different set of channels to CB radio and no licence is needed either (unlike CB)

Jesus, what memories, I had a midland AM CB in my Datsun!!!!
and then as usual the UK foocced it up and made ours FM that was shite 1-4 for a copy ![]()

Ah yes. They removed the licence requirement in 2006.
