wow that looks complicated, wasn't like that in the 60s, read a number plate, go round the block, doing left turns then round the other way doing right turns, emergency stop, a few questions on the highway code and it was pass or fail.
I failed first time for not going fast enough. I took my test in Goole, I'd never been there till the test, no training, just the myths that mates told you, I passed 2nd time and I got the ginger bloke who never passed anyone?

Good luck with mod 2 mate. I got a telling off for speeding but still passed and I think it was due to handling a sudden breakdown of an ambulance in front of me just coming off a roundabout as I blipped the throttle to get by in a good sized gap and left my examiner behind. :lol

Well done and good luck with Mod 2. Did mine in November after 30 years off a bike. So glad I did it.
The swerve test can be a little easier if you line it up right. ![]()

Nah, insurance for me makes the thou unreasonable, I'm around £250-300 for the year on and fzs 600, but 850-950 for the thou!
Maybe in a year or two when there's some no claims discount to help ![]()

Well done Mick! Seems to me you can't go far wrong with the 600 anyway. Hope you can get one sorted soon.

Well done. Some of the guys on here think a mod 1 is someone riding a scooter and wearing a parka

Well done. I passed this year too :-). Yours was better than mine tho, I failed my mod 1 first time for locking up the rear wheel for about half a metre (doh), then passed the mod 2 with 3 minors.
Oh well. Best of luck and ride safe.
Opinions are like A**holes, Everyone has one. Some people seem to have more than one though which is a bit odd.
