Hey Mick, long time

There are some good routes to Dover but what time would we have to leave to get there ? I don't want to stay in Dover, it's a dump that's why we get the ferry at 2ish and get into France for the first night.
To be honest 24 hours on a ferry with a bar would be part of the holiday to me.
The only real Fazer is a carbed 600.

How ya doing Les ? :eek yes l'm still alive n kicking, regards the trip down to Dover/Calais or Poole/Cherbourg l set off from Bolton around 6am and use the roads rather than motorway, stop a few times for a brew/snack to catch an early afternoon ferry. Get off in France around 5pm their time, travel upto 40 miles then stop for the night and make a full day of it the following day. As for the bar on a ferry Les :\ nah you wouldn t want to spend too long at one, though maybe if you had enough money, got bladdered you could pass a few of the 24 hrs crashed out in a corner somewhere :lol Have to catch up sometime Les, you at the spring meet 2013?
Still got the Hornet ;-)
