Replacing Fuel Gas Cap and Ignition Switch
#4
Hi, thanks for the responses.

No, the ignition always struggles to turn, now even worse than before, before I needed to push it towards tank and with a some fiddling it would turn, now it just seems as if its a wrong key! It basically rarely works but only with a LOT of struggle and force, I've dosed it in with multi-spray but it didn't effect it, I've just tried graphite (from a pencil) and it doesn't seem to do much either, I haven't given brake cleaner a try yet, will do that and will also try with some graphite powder from the hardware store tomorrow.

This is a issue on the fuel tank cap too, not just the ignition barrel, it also works fine going from "ON" to "OFF", no issues there.
