A new core unit has arrived. Same problem. What am I doing wrong (note that the setup is the same as it was with the first unit that worked)?

Edit:
Forgot to prime it. LOL.

Looks good now - hopefully will test it on the road in the spring.
Most things done in a hurry need to be done again - patiently.
