Fuelling issue help!!

I didn’t even know there was one there ? I bought my bike in pretty rough shape and I’m finding there’s a lot of things missing from it. I realise I misread what you said earlier but I haven’t seen anything like that in the carbs will have to check if there’s one there and what it looks like after I get the carbs off again
