I decided to give the garage the chance to rectify the issues.  They collected the bike from my home and then delivered back once the work was done.

It's now had the major service, as promised.
Another oil change, with Yamalube
Calipers serviced
Air Filter
Spark plugs
Valve clearances checked
Alarm removed
They also put in a new battery.
I now have a full receipt showing all the work done.

Took it for a very quick spin on Friday when it was delivered back and all is good.

WTF just more stealer rip off chancing, it's utterly dishonest as mentioned earlier WC motorcycles aren't what they used to be !  I'd still not trust them to have done the work, sorry but they've more than likely done the cheap and obvious stuff and just told you they've done the expensive less obvious stuff.  Don't whatever you do take it back there for servicing you're just going to get more of the same.

Anyone reading this should spread the word avoid WC motorcycles shocking behaviour worse it's criminal.
