I think you are spot on with an insurance value of £2500. What it’s worth is a little subjective. I bought one six months ago identical to your own but with a stainless exhaust system and believe it or not, less mileage. It is immaculate and I only paid £1800 for it. So if you needed to replace yours, like for like, you can probably find one for less than £2000. So I guess that it’s worth £2000 to a buyer but worth more than that to you. As to how much your insurance would pay out if it were written off or stolen…. let’s hope you don’t have to find out.
PS. I think aesthetically your standard black downpipes look better than stainless replacements.

The exhausts headers have a few small holes in the collector box area hat - so far I have been able to patch up with exhaust putty. I have also had all the stud nuts off a few years ago and re set with copper slip.
