Basically, no, unless you can see that it's got a brand new gasket or there's signs that radiator has been removed and replaced (fresh coolant, clean hoses or new bolts on the radiator mount etc)
You could try asking for a copy of the chart they should have made up/ filled in when they were doing the check with the clearance figures...
