And lastly Mikuni carbs have been around for years and have come as standard on many, many, many engines... (generators, outboard, motorcycle, etc). Personally If new wasn't available I would prefer good qaulity used and only if neither were available then 3rd party.
My first buy was due to being too tight and going cheap. As they say, buy cheap, buy twice. But I ended up with decent aftermarket brand tourmax so lesson learned on that.
Tourmax aren't the right size for the 600, what part number did they supply for you to get #1.0?
Apologies, I just checked my order history and they weren't labelled as tourmax, not sure where i got that from must be the kid-induced dementia kicking in lol
