FZS 600 Oil level light

Like Gnasher said I think its probably just faulty based on water/cold weather perhaps causing issues with it, but again my confusion surrounding being able to see my oil level due to a downwardly slanted path being my own place to check the oil level only added to the drama (first time i've done it where i currently store bike as previous location was perfectly flat, or more ideal it seems).

I did drain some oil out before adding the 1L-1.3L in an attempt to lower the oil level in the window (which later turned out to be the inside of the glass due to angle of the bike, oops -- which is why I added the 1L-1.3L after).

I know now to ignore the light, and may drain a small amount of oil out. I think I'll be okay, despite oil being at top of glass, due to draining some out before filling again but also that I'd left some leeway when I did the oil change too.

I pray the front oil feed pipe doesn't give up the ghost during winter, here's to more fun on the cards.

Thank-you both.
