Apologies for the delay in replying..
I've had it up on a paddock stand again and did find that the pads were rattling in the calipers. Removed pads, checked wheel bearings, any rotational noises, forks, head bearings, mudguard security, cable routing and nose fairing, screen and infills. All of which are good. I even cleaned out the floating disc bobbins. I adjusted the shims to add more tension to the pads in the direction of rotation. Pads now not rattling when checked by hand and wheel spins freely. Quite confident I'd found the source of the noise I took it out for a ride...and it's still there..??
