Help! Clutch problem
#2
Interesting. From the photos, it looks like you have removed the cover and we are looking into the clutch area. First thing I have to say is that I dont see any trace of any oil anywhere. I would typically expect to see traces of oil on components but see none. How have you cleaned the areas in the photos or have you been running without oil?

There does look to be some scoring on the basket which may be due to the plates sticking on the grooves that can be seen on the finger guides. Depending on your skill/abilities, it is possible to remove those marks with care and some fine emery paper etc. The basket would have to be removed from the bike to do that, then thoroughly cleaned before refitting.

Looking at the marks on the basket adjacent to the gear at the rear, Id be concerned that metal shavings may have gotten into the engine, and would suggest that the engine be thoroughly flushed, new oil filter, and fresh oil in before restarting
