When I say Community I am referring the the indian/pakistan area of my city. Its common knowledge from experience of driving in those areas everyone knows what its like to drive there and its avoided if possible. It is chaotic and dangerous, the common phrase when talking to friends about it is "i know, no one seems to know to drive there"--- its not based on any prejudice or something read in the daily mail - its based on experience over many years.
I don't do rain or threat there of. dry rider only with no shame.
