So are you going to support tax increases to improve education, improve childcare, reduce the need for parents to work all hours simply to pay the bills and keep a roof over their children's heads and, instead, spend more time with their kids and increase the number of Police on our streets?

The present government has already pledged to " improve education, improve childcare, reduce the need for parents to work all hours simply to pay the bills and keep a roof over their children's heads and, instead, spend more time with their kids and increase the number of Police on our streets?" in the run up to last years election, and was going to pay for all of that by increasing taxes on working people  who see the state education system failing and remove their children from it, removing the cold winter fuel payments from pensioners, not uprating income tax allowances in line with inflation, taking financial support from disabled people etc etc. Without increasing taxes on "working people".
