Scrotes on E bikes an upside ?

They are clearly bringing their lack of road manners and courtesies from back home abroad and are becoming a menace to all with their total lack of respect for any other road user, or even pedestrians.

Right, so how does that explain, for example, the two white lads riding illegal e-bikes who, on separate occasions a couple of days ago, I saw pulling wheelies in traffic on main roads in Portsmouth...? (And there have been plenty of other examples  too.)

The real problems are 1) It's not illegal to buy an e-bike in this country which isn't supposed to be used on the roads but still is and 2) Lack of enforcement caused by there being insufficient Police.

Until we fix those problems, nothing is going to change.
