Scrotes on E bikes an upside ?

The rider was on an electric bicycle or motorcycle (the news item didn't specify which) and was performing wheelies in the road. The driver took offence and rammed him. The rider was not wearing a helmet. What wound me up was that the news item described the deceased as a "biker". The news item showed a short video of the "biker" performing wheelies immediately prior to the incident. To me , it looked like he was on an electric cycle and the item should have described him as a cyclist, but I suppose anyone just reading the headline would assume it was just another one of those noisy motorcyclists showing off and causing trouble.

Yey lazy reporting. But I have also never understood why when it is a motorbike they feel the need to mention the make.
