Don't expect there's too many pro racers or motorcrossers that love going to the gym, but know without putting in that time, they definitely won't be at the top of their game.
It's not that I actually enjoy doing exercise, but because I enjoy surfing and skiiing, I have to stay fit to enable me to do them!
