We had photos showing his car in the road, but not with our car in the same photo. But things like the fact my wife had his number in her phone. Why the flip would you give some random woman your phone number, OK, Midden might ha ha, but not many others would.
He had apparently admitted he was there but not that he hit her. But I guess, in the end, there is a difference between lying in a civil environment on an insurance form and then lying in a court of law under oath.
