Seems to be working - the Dr's & Diabetic nurse were a bit sceptical, but the proof is in the scales! I'm going to stick it out until the New Year and see where I am.
LOL - I have just thought of a benefit to the weight loss - I can get another bike in the garage as I won't need so much space to move! Happy Days

 every cloud and all that. I have read that many people maintain a weight that they’re happy with, by not eating after 6pm. Logically I suppose you need a decent breakfast to fuel you for the day ahead and taper off as the day progresses. Better start looking at new bike options
