Update.....
Bike has since had a bit of work completed...
2005 yamaha FZS 1000
42k miles
MIT till may 2025
Just had a full service which includes:
oil & filter
Spark plugs
Coolant
New pipercross air filter
Exup stripped, serviced, greased, rebuilt.
Carbs stripped, ultrasonically cleaned, new orings and float bowl gaskets.
Full monty carb jet kit just fitted
Airbox modified
Inlet rubbers modified
Carbs balanced
Throttle Position Sensor reset
R6 rear shock conversion
The bike isn't a minter and has some peeling to engine and radiator etc... but saying that, it's now ready to go for another 10 years!
Had 2 new tyres very recently and still has the mould marks on them.
Large Givi box included.
V5 in hand & 1 key.
