Like Mike's pointed out it splits into 2 halves, 6 self tappers if memory is correct, put a cloth over engine, drop anything & it'll end up under starter motor (don't ask how I know) ha ha.
I assume you've binned or plan to bin all the crappy AIS system above rocker cover.
Don't forget youll need a filter on end of crankcase breather hose, you'll benefit by having this as high up as poss so any oil mist can drain back down, plenty of space when air box is out, just make a bracket of some sort & mount it where airbox lives ..
K&N do a small breather filter for crankcase venting, I had one on my old tuned ZRX1100 big bore kitted bike a few yrs ago.
