IIRC, there's a breather tube that goes into the airbox from the crankcase and also the AIS air hose. That's the same as the SAI but not the SIA, which is the French version of the AIS ... Someone has been watching too much Olympics coverage, perhaps?
I digress. Block the AIS air hose - the big one - with a suitable plug and just make sure that the breather tube doesn't go anywhere that it could drip oily, fuelly stuff onto something important. Like the rear tyre, for example.
I presume the pleated K&Ns will know be known as the Full DPD mod.
