Loosen the bleed nipple and remove the caliper, then suspend it above the brake reservoir with the bleed nipple uppermost.
Leave it overnight and all the air should bubble to the top, then gently pump the brake (with a piece of wood between the pads!) until you get only fluid coming out.
Reclose the nipple, remount the caliper then tighten the nipple up fully
