Hi folks.
Bike was running fine up until yesterday.
Had done a motorway dash (approx 120/130 Kms @ 140kmh+ the entire way...)
Reserve light came on with about 30ish Kms left of the journey (half motorway, other half normal town speeds)
Yesterday evening it was reluctant to start (3 attempts) and was a spluttering a little a low revs.
This morning,very reluctantly started - got the gear on inside but hear it running crap,died before I got downstairs.
Got it going but didn't want to stay running.
Won't start now.
(Had already decided to get the bus at this point,did notice fuel on the ground, presumably from flooding it and that was overflow)
Question is,I'm pretty sure I've sucked up something from the bottom of tank - any suggestions for a possible fix that doesn't involve taking the carbs off?
(Is there possibly an air lock rather than debris?)
Any pointers would be greatly appreciated - it's my only transport and my mechanic won't get a chance to get into it till next week,only other alternative is ring recovery and get it sent 200km away- and that's not guaranteed as hes likely busy too!
