Yeah standard here, I found a OEM C&S set on Ebay when I needed to replace mine. I've never felt the need to play around with sprocket sizes, the standard setup works well for my needs. Pat has played around with sprocket sizes to make the bike more responsive at the speeds he rides and has some good info on his site for 15 tooth front and 47 tooth rear - https://www.cartestsoftware.com/fz1/.
