The last Snap On van I was in was in 2001 in Key West Florida, when I bought a T handled ratchet screwdriver, from America's southernmost Snap On man :lol . Still going strong.  :thumbup .

The quality is not so good nowadays - I heard that Snap-On went around buying up tool manufacturers, putting their label on the tools etc, however the quality is not as good as it should be for the price paid.
And then there's the battle with the vans regarding warranty. Some of the dealers don't want to know. They just want to sell, sell and sell some more.
