When I was learning to ride (off-road) when I was 12 or 13 years old it regularly went down. since being on the road though, only twice so far. Once on thick ice where I ended up stepping off the bike and laying it down and the second time when I was 16 but riding my 125 on the road around Gatwick Airports "new" North Terminal. Fresh tarmac, mud, rain and knobbly tyres didnt mix very well
