The hose is item 23 on this site: https://www.bike-parts-yam.com/yamaha-mo...B27/0/5072 (I know it says FZ6N at the top of the page, but parts like this are standard for any FZ6. You can always check for your exact model!)
If you do a search for the part number 90445-10033 you should find what you need.

It's not an absolutely critical part, it's only really an issue if eg you seriously overfill your tank (ie right to the brim) on a hot day so the fuel expands and needs somewhere to go. It will stop it dripping onto hot engine parts which is not a good thing!
But you can keep riding in the meantime without worrying
