Well bloody hell! Good info, sadly too late for me, swapped my 2003 Foxeye Fazer for an FZ6 S2 a couple of years ago solely to keep riding into the city centre.
Did do the Certificate of Conformity exception route for my wife's old 2006 CBF500 mind, that was under the limit from stock and Honda were dishing out the CoC's for no money. Did us for a while and certainly helped when we came to sell it.
