Minimum wage rules do apply elsewhere in the EU but places like Greece, thats only €2-3 / hour as the cost of living is much lower. Thats why we like to go on holiday there and why they like to come and work here.

Yes but what I saying is why does Mr wetherspoon favour so called "cheap labour" when in fact they cost the same as hiring the guy down the road?
