Just had my first quote through for my 2016 Z1000SX from my current insurers Bennetts....... £713.28!!
Baring in mind my FZ1n was insured with them for the same cover for only £186 a year and that was modified, faster and had a much smaller lock and chain in it!?
But just spent 10 minutes on the phone to them and in their typical fashion they have now "magically" managed to get it down to £385!
Honestly I'm half convinced they just have a random number generator set up in the screen when they set your renewals.
It's still more expensive then I've seen on the comparison sites but I need to make sure I'm getting the same level of cover from the cheaper companies before I switch.
What's more annoying is all the companies now messaging me quotes for my FZ1n and that's only coming up at £120ish ?
