There are *way* too many variables that have to be accounted for to give a precise location, the resistance of the atmosphere, high altitude winds, how the vehicle will tumble and break up on re-entry etc.
The best that they can do with a reentry that is under some sort of control (eg the deorbit of the Mir space station) was to warn shipping in a corridor that was IIRC something like 1000 miles long and 300 miles wide which is about the same size as Great Britain!
