Since I last rode it in September '20, I've fitted progressive fork springs, had a blood clot removed from my leg and given the Thou a bit of a spruce up (new clutch and throttle cables, oil & filters and carbs ultrasonically cleaned), so I'm not sure what to expect.
[/quote]Well your health is the priority, everything else is metal and plastic. Hope you’re now fit and well and ready to enjoy your revitalised Fazer. I suppose there’s no way of changing the throttle cables without removing the carbs, as would like to replace mine as a precautionary measure.

I know mine did yesterday on the first ride since finishing it. Took a couple of 10mm open ended with me to adjust the gearlever position. Hope all goes well :thumbup

Almost there - needs a quick road test to settle a few things (clutch cable adjustment & balance carbs) and then its sorted.
