FZS Clutch Cover Bearing Instal Help Required

The small bearing in the centre of the cover is too difficult to get out. If the guy says tomorrow he can do the job, I'll worry about that bearing when I get the cover back. It's ok at the moment after one session in the oven. Like I posted yesterday, wish I'd never started, as all for the sake of a small chip in the paint. :'(
