I've decided that i'm taking the cilinderhead off to drill out the snapped bolt and also to clean it. All this work and still not busy with solving the starting/driving issue.
Is there any way to set/control the timing if i mess it up? I now made sure that the cam lobes on cilinder one are pointing away from eachother.
Your starting and running issues, are I'm pretty sure rust sediment in the crabs. You need to sort out the tank, either treat the rust properly, cut it out or replace the tank, reclean the fuel system, carbs and properly treat and flush the whole cooling system. That should sort out the starting/running problems you've got.
As for timing not really, you could clamp the cams but is a fuff and not required. All you need do is ensure the crank and camshaft marks are correctly positioned as per the manual.
