Here are some photos of my span adjustable Pazzo levers. 


There are a lot of bikes with cable operated clutches that have span adjustable levers fitted as standard, so you should have no worries changing yours from unadjustable ones.


Sorry they are upside down, they were the other way up on my computer screen, doh!
