Compression adjusters

i think i was running at 15w and run that bike like an absolute dog on long range high speed runs.
it did affect slow town runs for comfort so adding more pre compression would make it worse for that
i was in the lake district so had open country roads so accepted it, if its town riding you do then i would seriously reconsider
dows anyone know if the caps have the same thread from earlier to later models for a possible cheap upgrade ??
