They only charged something like £15 to fit the tyres to bare rims that had just been powder coated, and £10 to balance them. Balancing should really be in the price of fitting, they shouldn't give it back to you unbalanced.
My mechanic charges me £15 a wheel, but I'll only ever have one fitted at a time anyway.
[/quote]Because the wheels had just been powder coated, I had the tyres fitted, took them away to fit new bearings and then took them back to be balanced. £25 to have 2 tyres fitted and balanced is an absolute bargain in my neck of the woods.
